From production planning to stage design
Groovy Nights CPT handled full technical production for We Love RNB at Grand Africa Café & Beach, an event attended by approximately 1,500 people. Our work brought together the initial production planning, stage design and technical setup.
Sound, lighting, staging and DJ equipment formed one coordinated setup, with a sound technician supporting the event.

- Sound: Celto Acoustique line-array speakers and four subwoofers, with Allen & Heath SQ-5 digital mixing.
- Stage: Eight stage platforms, a box-truss structure and four lighting totems.
- Lighting: Moving-head spots and washes, LED bars, effects panels and haze.
- DJ equipment: Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2 players, a DJM-900SRT mixer and Yamaha monitor speakers.

Match-day entertainment for a busy brand space
Groovy Nights CPT supplied entertainment and sound for Klipdrift's activation at DHL Stadium during the Springboks vs New Zealand Greatest Rivalry Test.
The activation space accommodated around 100 people at a time, with an estimated 1,000 visitors moving through during the day. Our work focused on this branded space within the sold-out stadium event.

- Two Celto ACS218 dual 18-inch subwoofers.
- Two Celto VCM10 monitor speakers.

For GMAT Agency's event at Cabo Beach Club, Groovy Nights CPT handled full technical production from start to finish for an audience of at least 800 people.
The production brought together staging, rigging, front-of-house sound, DJ equipment and event lighting for a programme featuring Elaine, Nasty C and other South African artists.
